are High Quality, Fully Functional, American White Oak, Mini Aging Barrels. My Barrels are charred on the inside; Level 4 char, or "alligator" char.
Why? Because aging softens the "burn" of that ethanol sting you feel and taste with average liquor, while smoothing out flavors and adding more pleasant ones.
