Old Dog Barrels

are Fully Functional, American White Oak, Aging Barrels, or Finishing Barrels.

The Barrels are charred on the inside; Level 4 char, or "alligator" char.

Why? Because aging softens the "burn" of that ethanol sting you feel and taste with average liquor, while smoothing out flavors and adding more pleasant ones.

Bourbon Whiskey = OK -- Bourbon can only be made in America.. yes "'Murica". The grains used must be at least 51% corn.
